Programme Overview

1. Live Introduction Session (30 minutes):
   A live introductory session open to the wider company, focusing on the "art of the possible" around AI. This session will inspire and demonstrate the value AI can bring to various roles across the organisation.
2. Selection of AI Ambassadors:
   A review process will identify seven individuals from different levels and departments who are enthusiastic about using AI as a tool. The selection process ensures diversity across the organisation and focuses on those who see AI as a way to enhance, not replace, their work.
3. Self-Paced Evangelistic Training:
   The selected ambassadors will undergo a 12-week self-paced AI training course, designed to equip them with the knowledge and confidence to become AI advocates within the organisation. The course is accessible, requiring no prior technical skills or coding experience.
4. Weekly Ambassador Catch-Up Sessions:
   These weekly check-ins will allow the ambassadors to share their success stories, learn from each other’s experiences, and discuss how they are applying AI in their roles.
5. Ambassador Slack/Teams Channel:
   A dedicated channel will be set up for ambassadors to ask questions, share AI use cases and demos, and receive guidance from a remote AI expert.
